With Valentine's Day fast approaching, we were talking about our favourite Valentine's cocktail and thought that you might like it too ..... the fabulous Pina Colada as made in Basil's Bar on Mustique:
50ml bacardi
75ml coconut milk
75ml pineapple juice
25ml malibu
Garnish
1 slice of pineapple
1 paper straw
1 cocktail umbrella
1 paper straw
1 cocktail umbrella
Method
Add all ingredients into a blender with a handful of ice and blitz until smooth, pour into a cocktail glass
To Garnish
Stick a slice of fresh pineapple on the side of your glass, pop up your cocktail umbrella and enjoy!
