My family has been coming to this special place for a long time. From a young age, with my three sisters and endless number of cousins, we’d ride, swim, walk, play tennis, hang out of mules, boogie at Basil’s and explore the island.

Back home, over the past decade, yoga has evolved from a practice to keep me feeling healthy and good in my body to a philosophy that touches everything that I do and how I do it. Yoga teaches me to slow down and helps me to grow in my awareness of my mind in order to live a fuller, more present life.

Sharing an intention, inviting deeper breath and ushering in connection to our bodies, overlooking the ocean - It doesn’t get much better than that.
